FAST = "Fleet Action Service Team" and is the motorcycle maintenance and repair management module.
WO = "Work Order" which is used to report and track a motorcycle repair.
Select to view:
Select Site to find motorcycles based on their location; Once you have located and loaded a specific motorcycle you can:
- select Details to view a motorcycle's WO history.
- select New to create a new WO to report a maintenance or repair need.
WO To Process to view existing work-orders that have not yet been assigned to a technician;
WO In-Process to view work-orders that have been assigned but are not yet completed.
WO Need Parts to view a subset of the incomplete work-orders that have been flagged for needing parts.
