Note: Many screens have hot spots that you can click on to get additional information. Hover your mouse pointer over a screen shot to see the available hotspots highlighted in gray. possess a username and password and intend on using the Instructor Zone™ portal please contact your Administrator.
1. Make sure no one else is logged in
2. Go to the Instructor Zone™ login form (seen below) and enter your credentials into the following fields:
• Username • Password
3. Click
If an instructor forgot his or her password he or she can click on "Forgot Password" to begin the password reset process that is outlined in Forgot Password - Reset Process.
I can't log in
If you're having trouble logging into your account: • Contact your Administrator
I received a "Please enter a Username and Password" error
This error indicates that you have not entered a username and/or password.
I received a "Invalid Username and/or Password" error
This error indicates that your username/password combination was incorrect.
issue persists and you are confident that your credentials are correct please contact your Administrator or click on "Forgot Password" to go through the password reset process.
I received a "Session Time Out" error
After a certain amount of time (defined by the Administrator) the Instructor Zone™ will time-out and return the user to the login screen.
The database ID is incorrect. This is due to either an incorrect link or a database rename.
