Important notes re: Knowledge Scores for license courses such as the 3WBRC, BRC, BRCRO that require verification that the student successfully completed the required classroom component:
- Students must be present for the entire classroom to receive credit for attending. - Since students are tested at the DMV we are not recording actual knowledge scores into the IZ. - Instead, a student who was present throughout the ENTIRE classroom (all sessions) will be given a knowledge score of 1, which denotes passing. No score other than a 1 is allowed. - A student who who was not present for the entire classroom component (eg: leaves class before being dismissed) will not receive a knowledge score and the DNF (did not finish) checkbox will be selected instead, even if the student passed the skills test.
To enter scores, first select a class from the list:
The Student Scoring page provides an overview of your classes whose respective Class Codes link directly to a scoring sheet.
Insert Sample Data
1. Locate the students whose scores you want to enter
2. Enter the Knowledge and Skill scores in the KS & SS fields, respectively. A valid knowledge score entry for a student who was present for the entire classroom is 1. Otherwise the field is left empty and the DNF (did not finish) checkbox is selected even if the student passed the skills test.
